Thank you KG!!

It was all started in last June, when I saw a mutual friend liking a page named “Kachee Goliyan”. The name was itself so riveting that I could not resisted and clicked it open in a new tab. There were two comic characters in the display picture (Sufi and JC), and the comic that I was looking at, had a facet about Sufi’s cross tits.

“Yeh kya Vaheeyat hai”, my father commented from the back, holding newspaper in his hand with his specs almost at the edge of his pointed nose. He gave me a ‘death stare’, but I couldn’t help myself and laughed so hard, because for me the idea of cross tits for a man was funny. But for him, it was as Vulgar as Veena Malik (lame example nai?). Anyways, that was the day when I fell in love with KG, my very first love in the comic world.

But that was not it. The intimate behavior of the guys, Ramish and Nofal behind this Kachee goliyan was what I adore the most. Their hospitable manners tied me up with KG everyday, and in a matter of time I was their well known ‘Pankha’, wait… Pankhi!  It was a blessing, because I didn’t know that I was going to meet some of the most awesomest people of this planet Earth. And that KG wall was going to be the rendezvous for all of us.

Furqan, Ramsha the Qazi boy, Hafsa Alvi, Mustafa Malik, Imaan and Tania Umar are those wonderful people. We all belong to different communities, different academies, different cities, and even different countries. But when we all got together on KG’s wall, we all became one. Though we all are busy in our lives now and obviously we all don’t troll on KG anymore (like we used to) but that KG string still attaches us, like a string of pearl or a string of crazy pankhas together.

This blog is for KG and for all those awesome people I met through KG. And a special thanks to Furqan Shahid for actually helping me in the hustle and bustle of this mean life. You are a true friend and a mind boggling dragon (sorry for that, I couldn’t stop myself writing for this word). We all don’t communicate now, but few of us are still friends. And I hope that in the coming days of our life we’ll stay friends. As for KG, Ramish and Nofal you have a long successful road ahead of you. I bet KG is going to be the best comic page in the history of comics. This is Miss Elecktra saying peace out!!
